Benefits to the property seller
In this program, the seller and Miguel Avila must mutually agree on price. There are certain restrictions which means that not all properties are eligible. If price is not mutually agreed upon then seller has the option to obtain three appraisals by licensed appraisers paid for by seller. We will take the average of two appraisals. The highest appraisal is discarded. The seller must also abide by the agreement. If the property does not sell within the 120 days, we will buy it!
